The catalog is your product or service list. ChatCopilot uses it to answer questions about what you sell, check availability, and take orders.
File format
Prepare a spreadsheet file in .xlsx, .xls, or .csv format.
The first row must be column headers. Use clear names like:

Recommended columns: name, price, description. You can add more (size, category, stock) — ChatCopilot will learn all of them.
How to upload
- Go to Catalog in the left sidebar.
- Select your business.
- Click Upload file or drag your file into the upload zone.
- Choose your .xlsx, .xls, or .csv file.
- Review the column preview that appears. Confirm the columns look correct.
- Click Save.
Your catalog is live. The AI can now answer questions about your products and take orders from customers.
Updating your catalog
To update prices or add new items, upload a new file. The new file replaces the old one.
