Data Deletion Instructions

At ChatCopilot, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. If you wish to delete your data from our system, please follow the instructions below.

How to Request Data Deletion

To request the deletion of your data, please send an email to us with the following information:

Email us at: [email protected]

Please include in your email:

  1. Subject Line: "Data Deletion Request"
  2. Your Facebook User ID or Name: The name or ID associated with your Facebook account that interacted with our bot
  3. Request Details: A clear statement that you wish to delete all your data from ChatCopilot

What Happens Next?

Once we receive your request:

  1. We will verify your identity to ensure the security of your data
  2. We will delete all personal data associated with your account within 30 days
  3. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete

Note: After deletion, you will no longer be able to access any previous conversations or data associated with your account in our system.

Deleting Google Calendar Data

To stop using Google Calendar with ChatCopilot:

  1. Delete your calendar integration in the ChatCopilot Dashboard. It removes your google access tokens and all calender data from our database.
  2. Or, revoke access via your Google Security Settings
