The sandbox lets you chat with your AI as if you were a customer — before any real customers see it. Use it to check replies, catch mistakes, and build confidence before going live.
No customer is affected by sandbox messages.
How to create a test
- Go to AI Tests in the left sidebar.
- Click New test.
- Enter a name for the test (e.g. "Order flow test").
- Select the Facebook Page or channel you want to test.
- Click Create.
How to use the test
- Open the test you just created.
- Type a message in the chat box, just like a customer would.
- Read the AI's reply.
- Try different scenarios: ask about a product, ask about hours, try to place an order.
What to look for
- Does the AI use the correct prices from your catalog?
- Does it mention your actual business hours?
- Does it handle an order request correctly?
If a reply is wrong, update your knowledge base or catalog and test again.
Going live
When you are happy with the replies, go to your dashboard and click Finish and go live. From that point, ChatCopilot will reply to real customer messages on your Facebook Page.
